A tiny mountain village where it all began
Giulia Gartner (@giuligartner) is an outdoor, travel, and commercial photographer, filmmaker, and storyteller from the Dolomites in northern Italy. Her work focuses on capturing wild and rugged landscapes with a vivid color palette and dreamy elements. Her love for photography has spilled over into filmmaking which is one of the main creative outlets she pursues today.

The #yellowjacketjourney started as a simple Instagram hastag but ended up inspiring thousands to grab a yellow ject and explore the outdoors through their lens. "The gielwith the yellow jacket" had turned into such an an integral part of my artistic identity. This project marks the end of this chapter in my adventure. Still, the Yellow Jacket will always be anchor that ties me to home and humbles me.
